Welcome to the Community Services, Health & Education Training Council's hotlink to information and resources on all aspects of "Flexible Delivery".

The  Training Council is committed to the development of flexible delivery as a means of improving training and assessment opportunities to the large numbers of existing workers in the Community Services, Health and Education Industries who, because of geography or work reasons, cannot access existing training delivery.

The Training Package system with its potential to mix on and off the job training and assessment has in built flexibility which offers the chance to overcome some of the access problems which have prevented workers gaining training and qualifications. The development of the hotlink page to flexible delivery information and resources was undertaken as a component of the Training Council's 2002 LearnScope Project.

The Hotlinks include:

	Identified appropriate learning resources and materials related to flexible delivery methodologies physically available in the Training Council's Resource Centre or elsewhere
	Information about the use of new technologies for delivering training
	Links to other website sources of relevant information on flexible delivery, principally LearnScope and Framing the Future with Virtual Learning Centres.
